Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive a call from our customer support executive once the order is confirmed from the customer end. If you have provided your email id you will also receive a confirmation via email, which you can print for your reference.
How will the delivery be done?
As of now we would deliver in Tamilnadu Only, Customers will receive the products in the mailing address as provided by you at the time of purchase from the staff of Poorvika mobiles Private Limited / by any third party couriers.
How long it will take to deliver the product?
Depends on the product availability it will be delivered to the customer within the time period of 24 hrs to 7 working days.
How to Cancel an Order?
Once the order has been placed , the purchase order cannot be cancelled by the customer at any cause. Based on the product availability Poorvika mobiles Private Limited reserves all the rights for cancel the purchase order with proper intimation to the customer.
How do the customers will get the refund amount in case of cancellation?
It will take maximum 7 working days to deliver the product depends on availability, otherwise after that time period within 48 bank working hours it ill refunded to the customer account and clear-on-code will be provided to customer by merchant/ merchant's bank side

Yes, Poorvika Mobiles Private Limited sell only the original products. Mobile handsets, charger & other kits are warranted for a period defined by the respective manufactures against defect in material & workman ship. Poorvika is not giving the warranty and does not hold out any warranty of products sold. Poorvika will not responsible for any defective / deficient or otherwise un satisfactory products. Any such defective or deficient goods has to be repaired only by authorised service center of the equipped manufactures. All terms and conditions of Poorvika mobiles Private Limited apply.
